Have you found the product you are looking for on the website? Choose the desired quantity and click on "click and order". With your personal account you can complete the order within a few minutes from your shopping cart. You can also complete this ordering process as a guest.
Roadmap
Would you like to order one or more products? Then follow our step-by-step plan.
Step 1: Search for your product in the drop-down menu or via the search bar on the website.
Step 2: Check immediately what the delivery time is and whether it is in stock.
Step 3: Indicate the number of pieces you want to order with the product.
Step 4: Click on 'click and order' and check the delivery time, the purchase amount, the shipping and packaging costs and the total amount of your order including VAT in the shopping cart.
Step 5: Would you like to order even more products? Then click on 'continue shopping' in the shopping cart.
Step 6: Are all the products you want to order in your shopping cart? Then click on 'Go to step 2 - Your details'.
Step 7: Have you ordered from Club Motul before? Then enter your login details. The data is now filled in automatically. Are you ordering for the first time at Olievoordeelshop.nl? Fill in all your details and receive your login details by e-mail with which you can place orders quickly and easily in the future.
Step 8: Click Go to step 3 - Payment method and check the billing address, shipping address, products and total amount.
Step 9: Choose from one of the various payment options.
Step 10: Be guided step by step through the payment process. You will receive a message from us by e-mail at various times. This includes when your order was placed and when it will be shipped.
You can immediately choose the payment method in your shopping cart. At Club Motul you can pay safely and easily via iDeal (the Netherlands) or via SEPA Bankcontact (Belgium).
Yes, all prices quoted include VAT.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

If you have a complaint about one of our products or service, please contact our customer service. You will receive a substantive response from us no later than 14 days after receipt. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee or to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
Orders that arrive on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day (if in stock). You will receive an e-mail from PostNL with a track & trace code so that you can track the shipment. The majority of our shipments within the Netherlands arrive the next working day. Packages are delivered by shipping service PostNL. They strive to deliver the package within 1-2 days within the Netherlands. However, this is not a guarantee. Orders to foreign countries generally take 2 to 3 days longer.
With an order from €75.00 (incl. VAT): no shipping costs.
For an order up to €75.00 (incl. VAT): the shipping costs are €6.95 (incl. VAT) per order.
As soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace code with which the shipment can be tracked.
